Open the package carefully to avoid damaging the product. probably not tearing the paper or plastic packaging of your new backpack. Store your backpack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or conditions. avoids ten costs of anything you can fold or press. Treat the cactus leather with the same care as normal leather.
TO CLEAN
You can remove stains and dirt on your bag with a soft, dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth. avoid cleaning with soap or chemicals as this may cause irreparable damage not repairable under warranty. Carelessness can cause a color change or damage the material. avoid washing the bag with smaller water. If the bag has become wet from rain, gently rub it dry and let it dry further at room temperature. Never use a hair dryer to dry the flavor; the heat damages the material.
1 YEAR WARRANTY
The warranty obligations of the Vanber product you have just purchased (the “Product”) are limited to the terms and conditions sent in this document. Vanber the product against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of lost purchase (“warranty period”). Warranty is only guaranteed if the buyer has purchased the product on www.vanber.nl or through an authorized reseller and has proof of purchase.
If a defect occurs and Vanber receives a valid claim within the warranty period, Vanber will, at its option, either repair the product or replace the product with a functionally equivalent new product. If you receive a Vanber product with a defect, please leave all labels intact and damage the original packaging as little as possible. Please contact Vanber directly at info@vanber.nl.
If the product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the product becomes the property of Vanber. Upon reimbursement, the product becomes the property of Vanber.
Vanber does not guarantee normal wear and tear due to normal use, such as smudges, stains, irregularities and scratches in the material. Such changes in the appearance of the material caused by external factors do not affect the functionality of the product and are therefore not a manufacturing defect. The weather and the sun can also follow the appearance of the product over time, this is not a material or manufacturing defect, but traces of normal use.
Leave extra open when opening and closing zippers. Always move the zipper lightly and flexibly, especially in places where the zipper goes around a corner. If possible, use your other hand to hold the zipper while you operate it. Never use extra force if a zipper does not run smoothly, this can lead to irreparable damage! Also, loading the backpack too full can put the zippers under pressure and can lead to irreparable damage to the zippers. Damage to zippers due to improper use as described above is not covered by the warranty.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We recommend that you first submit complaints to us by emailing info@vanber.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to report your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint has not yet been processed, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
